Our history

Continuously aiming to push back the boundaries and create a better product, Ukietech has been involved in the adventure of web development for more than 10 years. The small company, founded by Vitaliy DeFranko and Leonid Korkuchanskiy, has become a fast developing and highly efficient team of professionals who consistently have their sights on to satisfy the strictest requests of clients. Through determination and ambition, Ukietech uses hands-on experience and accuracy in each service they provide.

Ukietech, as a company, was opened in Chicago in 2008, operated by freelancers who started providing graphic design, branding and marketing services locally. The company kept developing at a rapid speed and in 2011 the founders came up with the idea of opening the office in Ivano-Frankivsk, Ukraine with around 7 employees.

In 2012 Ukietech started working on PME (Property Management Evaware) which, in June 2015, grew into Tenant Cloud- a unique free cloud-based service with personal portals for landlords and tenants where they can pay and collect rent online, communicate, store all their rental info etc.

Ukietech mainly works with US clients and creates its own startups (media platforms). Currently, the company is a family-like workplace for around 50 people with a full set of goals and dreams for the future.
